A brief Internet search on Google Scholar using the search term Dark Chocolate Studies or Healthy Chocolate reveals an incredible amount of potentially astonishing data. For most people, the phrase “Healthy Chocolate” is nothing more than a bold oxymoron. “How could chocolate possibly be healthy?”, is a common response. If that is your perspective as well, then get ready to be amazed and educated by the amount of scientific data that now exists to support that strange statement: Healthy Chocolate.
